In Maneuver 2022 is renewed the 1,000 euro water bonus for replacement, faucets and shower heads. There is also a tax credit for the purchase of drinking water filtration systems. The water bonus is foreseen under the Water Resource Savings Fund, set up by the Ministry of the Environment, which has a budget of €20 million for 2022. In light of this amount of money the advice of Team Godanaa is to move as soon as possible to take advantage of the Bonus The bonus is granted to natural persons resident in Italy and is equal to 1,000 euros for each beneficiary, to be used by 31 December 2022. CHARACTERISTICS The bonus covers the replacement of ceramic toilets with new low-discharge appliances and existing sanitary taps, shower heads and shower columns with new water-flow limitation appliances on existing buildings, parts of existing buildings or individual building units. WHICH TAPS ARE AVAILABLE? The bonus concerns the supply and installation of taps and mixers for bathroom and kitchen, including devices for controlling water flow with a flow rate equal to or less than 6 litres per minute. WHAT SHOWERHEADS ? The bonus concerns the supply and installation of shower heads and shower columns with water flow values equal to or less than 9 liters per minute, including any connected hydraulic works and walls and the dismantling and disposal of pre-existing systems. WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM IT? Persons of legal age residing in Italy who hold the right to property or other real property rights, as well as personal rights of enjoyment already registered at the date of submission of the application, on existing buildings, parts of existing buildings or individual units of real estate.
